Pete Barry Surveyors are a team of chartered surveyors focusing on the inner M25 area in order to provide clients with situation-specific, localised advice based on experience in that area. Services provided include party wall awards, property surveys, schedules of condition and defect reports.
The company originated in North London in 1983 as a residential estate agency. The current owner, Justin Burns, took over at the end of 2000 and being a Chartered Surveyor set up a surveying department a few years later. For the first couple of years the surveying department consisted of Justin and an administrator working from their Winchmore Hill office but when he could no longer cope with the workload another Chartered Surveyor and a trainee surveyor were added to the team.
Peter Barry Surveyors has grown considerably over the last years to become a multi-disciplinary practice with a 20 strong team.
